摘要
目的:研究与产生金属酶相关的绿脓杆菌耐亚胺培南的耐药机制。方法:建立检测绿脓杆菌编码金属酶的基因blaIMP-l和blaVIM的PCR方法,探讨临床分离的旧株耐亚胺培南的绿脓杆菌中产生金属酶与耐药的关系结果:1株菌blaIMP-l扩增阳性,6株菌blaVIM扩增阳性,11株菌blaIMP-l和blaVIM扩增均阴性。结论:产生金属酶是绿脓杆菌对亚胺培南耐药的重要机制之一。
Objective: To study the mechanism of imipcnem resistance in clinical isolates of P. aeruginosa. Methods: The imipen-em-susceptibility of 18 imipenem-resistant strains was determined by a standard Kirby-Bauer agar disk diffusion method.The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method was established to detect the relationship between metallo-β-lactamase genes(imp-1 , vim-1 and vim-2) and imipenem resistance. Results: Among the 18 strains, 1 strain produced the metallo-β-lacta-masc imp-1 and 6 strains produced metallo-β-lactamase vim. Conclusion: The production of metallo-β-lactamase is one of theimportant mechanisms for imipenem resistance in P. aeruginosa.
