肥胖症与瘦素抵抗现象的初步观察

Investigation on Leptin Resistance in Obese Subjects

目的:观察肥胖症与瘦素抵抗的关系。方法:用ELISA法分别测定男女肥胖症患者血清瘦素水平。结果:两性间血清瘦素水平有显著性差异,女性瘦素水平为(14.18±12.24)μg/L,明显高于男性(6.76±5.96)μg/L(P<0.01)。男、女两组中肥胖个体的血清瘦素水平(8.18±8.75)μg/L和(21.69±15.97)μg/L,均高于男、女非肥胖个体(4.26±3.04)μg/L和(8.97±4.54)μg/L,t分别为2.448和2.743,均P<0.05。并与体重指数呈正相关,r分别为0.535和0.439(均P<0.01)。结论:肥胖症者体内存在明显的瘦素抵抗现象。

Objective: To investigate the leptin resistance in obese subjects. Methods: The seurm leptin concentrations in obese and non-obese subjects of male and female were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results:There was a significant difference in serum leptin level between the male (6.76±5.96)μg/L and female (14.18±12.24)Ug/L subjects (P<0.01). The serum leptin levels in obese subjects [male: (8.18 ± 8.75)μg/L, female: (21.69±15.97)μg/L] were significantly higher than those in non-obese subjects [male: (4.26± 3.04)μg/L, female: (8.97±4.54)μg/L;P<0.05]. These levels were positively correlated with BMI (r = 0.535 and 0.439 respectively, P<0.01).Conclusion: There was an obvious leptin resistance in the obese subjects.
