摘要
目的 制备含 1 8β 甘草次酸的新的医用高分子化合物。方法 通过苯并三氮唑与聚丙烯酸形成“活性酰胺” ,再与甘草次酸的 3 OH进行交换反应。结果 甘草次酸通过交换反应顺利地被引到聚丙烯酰高分分子链上 ,得到白色的甘草次酸高分子衍生物 ,产率为 92 6%。其结构用元素分析 ,1 H NMR ,1R表征。产物在氯仿中有 [η]=0 81dl·g- 1 ( 30℃ ) ,即具有较高的分子量。结论 苯并三氮唑与聚丙烯酸形成“活性酰胺” ,再与含羟基和胺基的天然产物进行交换反应 ,是合成具有较高分子量的含天然产物的新的医用高分子材料的适宜方法。
Objective Preparation of new polymer from 18β glycyrrhetintic acid Derivative in biomedical and pharmaceutical frelds.Methods Acryloylbenzotriazole was prepared and polymerized,and it react with the β OH group on the C 3 position of GA.Results The 18β glycyrrhetintic acid(GA) can readily be grafted on the chain of polyacrylate by the β OH group on the C 3 position of GA react with polyacryloylbenzotriazole.The reaction gave 92.6% of the product and the product had =0.81 dl·g -1 (30℃) in chloroform(the product had the high molecular weight).The chemical structure of the product was established by elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy and NMR analysis.Conclusion Polyacryloylbenzotriazole can readily react with hydroxyl and amino group of natural compound.This is suitable mothod to prepare of new polymer of the high molecular weight from natural compound derivative in biomedical and pharmaceutical fields.
