摘要
目的:研究不同剂量依那普利逆转高血压患者蛋白尿的情况。方法:将126例高血压合并蛋白尿患者分为A、B、C3个组分别每天给予10mg、20mg和40mg依那普利,6个月后比较各组蛋白尿的转阴率。结果:B、C组蛋白尿的转阴率明显高于A组。但B和C组比较无显著性差异。结论:每天给予20mg依那普利可能是逆转高血压蛋白尿较合理的剂量。
To study effect of Enalapriiat at difference dose on regressing albuminuria in patients with hypertension. Methods: 126 hyper-tensive patients wilh Albuminuria were divided into three groups A,B and C and administrated 10mg,20mg,40mg Enalapriiat daily respectively. After six months, negative rale of albuminuria were compared among groups. Results: Negative rate of albuminuria in groups B and C was significantly higher than in group A,but no difference between group B and C.Conclusion: 10mg may be a seasonable dose for Enalapriiat regressing albuminuria in hyper-tensive patients.
