摘要
目的:探讨早产儿窒息与红细胞内游离钙的浓度变化关系。方法:采用Fura-2Am法测定15例早产儿窒息后红细胞游离钙的浓度,并与对照组比较。结果:早产儿窒息后红细胞内游离钙明显提高,与患儿窒息程度相关。结论:临床可早期监测早产儿窒息后红细胞内游离钙浓度,以提高早产儿窒息的诊断准确度,早期干扰,提高窒息后早产儿的生存质量。
To explore the relation between degree of asphyxia of preterm infants and free Calcium level in red blood cell RBC[Ca2+ ]i.Methods:The level of RBC [Ca2+]i were measured by Fura-2Am in 5 cases of asphyxia preterm infants. Results :RBC [Ca ]i level increased significantly in asphyxia preterm infants. Conclusion: The study indicated that the asphyxia degree of preterm infants is closely correlated with RBC [ Ca2+ ] i level. The RBC [ Ca2 + ] i level in asphyxia preterm infants should be detected in early stage. So the diagnosis accuracy of asphyxia of preterm infants can be improved and the existence quality of preterm infants can be increased.
