摘要
随着全球化、信息化、区域化为主要特征的社会与经济发展时代的到来,如何以新的视觉认识和发挥高校在区域发展中的地位与作用,是加快区域发展和高校“双赢”的前提。从6个方面阐述了新时期高校在区域发展中的地位与作用,并就相关问题提出了建议。
With the coming of new era of social and economical development,which is mainly characterized by globalization, informationization and regionalisati-on, we should know how to understand the position and function of colleges and u-niversities in regional development from the new point of view, and how to bringthem into full play. This is the precondition used 1o faster the regional developmentand realize the 'double wins' of regions and institutions. This paper has elucida-ted the position and function of colleges and universities in regional development innew period from six aspects, and give some advice on the relative problems.
