研究了水杨酸 (salicylicacid ,SA)对暖季型草坪草马尼拉 (Zoysiamotrella)叶片抗氧化酶系活性的调节作用。 0 .5～ 5 .0mmol/L的SA处理均能显著地提高被处理叶片超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和过氧化物酶 (POD)活性。用 1 .0mmol/L的SA处理后 48h ,POD活性比对照增加了 76%。但过氧化氢酶 (CAT)

The regulations of salicylic acid(SA) on antioxidant enzymes in warm season turfgrasses Zoysia motrella leaves were studied. All SA of 0.5 ～5.0 mmol/L significantly enhanced superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) activities.When the leaves were treated with SA of 1 mmol/L after 48 h,the activity of POD increased by 76%,compared with CK Whereas CAT activity was inhibited.
