竹蕈考——《菌谱》名称考订之一

On Bamboo Mushroom

根据 [宋 ]陈仁玉著《菌谱》中载“竹蕈”的形态、大小、色泽、生态及食性等 ,从文献学、生态学变迁及真菌人类学等多方面资料考证 ,提出竹蕈系朱红蜡伞 (Hygrophorusminiatus)。对近年诸多出版物中把竹蕈误认为是血红乳菇 (Lactariussanguiluus)或竹荪(Dictyophoraindusiata )之说进行了修正。此举将有助于开创真菌文献学研究 ,倡导百家争鸣 。

According to the shape, size,color,ecology and food patterns of bamboo mushroom recorded in Mycoflora (by CHEN Renyu ,Song Dynasty),it was proposed that bamboo mushroom was actually Hygrophorus miniatus based on a lot of mycological literatures,ecological changes and fungus anthropology,hence revising the theory popular in recent publications which mistakenly regarded bamboo mushroom as Lactarius sanguiluus or Dictyophora indusiata . This revision will help bring the study of mycology literature into a new stage of researching based on reasoning and evidence.
