摘要
在 5 6个放线菌菌株中 ,利用抑菌圈的大小比较筛选了 7个对猕猴桃溃疡病病原细菌Pseudomonassyringae pv.Actinida具有颉颃作用的菌株 ,并进行了初步鉴定。用其中 3个菌株进行了生物防治试验 ,结果表明 ,菌株 X2 2 具有较好的防治效果。
Seven antagonistic strains were selected based on the result of the experiment on inhibiting Pseudomonas syringae pv.Actinida with 56 actinomycete strains, and classified by their culture and morphology characters. The order of inhibiting P.syringae pv.Actinida is: X 22 >D 32 = D 58 > X 80 >Y 214 > D 74 > Y 549 , 3 strains were used to (X 22 , D 32 , D 58 ) control bacterial canker in kiwifruit and X 22 showed the best controling function.
