摘要
在弱酸性介质中,活性剂α,α-联吡啶存在下,痕量铜(Ⅱ)对抗坏血酸还原对乙酰基偶氮胂褪色的反应有强烈的催化作用。本文研究了这一催化褪色反应的最佳条件和动力学参数,建立了灵敏地测定痕量铜的新方法。该方法的最低检测限为3.15×10-10g/ml,测定的线性范围0.3~1.0μg/25ml,用于食品中痕量铜的测定,结果满意。
