摘要
以常规LDPE保鲜膜配方组分为载体,添加含银系纳米材料母粒,吹塑研制出纳米粒径d=40~70nm的纳米防霉保鲜膜,结果表明:已接种灰霉菌的PDA培养基,经4%(W/W)银系纳米母粒浸提液浸泡的滤纸圆片处理于26~28℃恒温培养条件下,其最大抑菌效率较对照提高1倍,含4%(W/W)银系纳米材料保鲜膜制品圆片的最大抑菌效率提高67.9%。
