摘要 以常规LDPE保鲜膜配方组分为载体,添加含银系纳米材料母粒,吹塑研制出纳米粒径d=40~70nm的纳米防霉保鲜膜,结果表明:已接种灰霉菌的PDA培养基,经4%(W/W)银系纳米母粒浸提液浸泡的滤纸圆片处理于26~28℃恒温培养条件下,其最大抑菌效率较对照提高1倍,含4%(W/W)银系纳米材料保鲜膜制品圆片的最大抑菌效率提高67.9%。 Polyethylene plastic mother partic les added with silver -contained nan o material were added to conven-tionalLDPEresin,A plastic filmofp rotectionagainst mouldwas manufac tured,inwhichthe diameter ofnano m aterial was from40to70nm.Theresultsshowe dthatthegraymouldinoculatedPDA c ulturalmediumweretreatedinbothr ound filtersubmerged intheextractofmo therparticles addedwith(w /w)silver -containednanomaterialof4%(w /w)and also in the round plastic filmwith silver -containednano material of4%(w /w)and cultivatedat26~28℃constant temperature.The inhibiting effect of the former increased by 72.7%and t he later increased by 67.9%in comparison with CK.
