Preparation of DSJ series silicone-contained fatliquoring agents and their application

对改性植物油与有机硅接枝、酰胺化、酯化反应进行了一系列的探索研究。通过色谱分析和红外检测 ,确定了 DSJ-多功能含硅加脂剂的合成路线及合成条件。通过应用对比试验 ,及各项物理化学指标检测表明 :这种新型的加脂剂具有优良的乳化性、分散性和独特的应用效果。

A series of process of modified vegetable oil grafting with siloxanes, amidating with ethanolamine and esterifying was explored. Using infra-red spectrum and chromatogram, the route of synthesis and the best conditions of preparing DSJ-multifunctional lubricant linking silicone were determined. The result of applied contrast experiment and the tests of resultant leathers chemical and physical properties showed that this new type of fatliquor had excellent emulsibility, dispersivity and unique fatliquoring effect.
