失效阴离子分离柱性能恢复试验

THE CAPABILITY RECOVERING EXPERIMENT FOR FAILURE ANION SEPERATION COLUMN

国产YSA8型阴离子分离柱,因失效无法分离F^-、Cl^-、NO_3^-和SO_4^(2-)4种离子,用HCl法处理,并重新选择合适淋洗液浓度后,能成功地分离F^-、Cl^-、NO_3^-和SO_4^(2-)。用美国Dionex公司AS4A型柱和国产YSA8型柱对同一样品测定,分析结果相近,基本上满足实验要求。

The homemade YSA8 type anion separating column can't separate F- ,Cl- ,NO3- and SO42- after loosing capability. The treated reagent such as potassium tartrate or NaOH that the producer recommended has been used to these two types of columns, but failed. It is found that the column can separate F-、Cl-、NO3- and SO42- after being treated with HCI and the suitable e-lution concentration is chosen. The Diones AS4A column and YSA8 column have been used to measure the same sample as comparison, the almost same results have been gotten and it proved that the recovered columns could make the experiment to be satisfactory.
