离子色谱法测定碱性溶液中HCOO^-时负峰的消除

ELIMINATION OF NEGATIVE PEAK IN THE DETERMINATION OF HCOO^- IN ALKALINE SOLUTION BY ION CHROMATOGRAPHY

分析了以Na_2CO_3-NaHCO_3混合溶液为淋洗液,离子色谱法测定碱性样品时,色谱负峰产生的原因。通过计算和试验,采用在样品中加入适量NaHCO_3进行中和的方法,解决了负峰影响HCOO^-测定的问题。

The reason of negative ion chromatographic peak was studied when analyzing alkaline solution by ion chromatogra-phy by using Na2CO3 - NaHCO3 solution as eluant. Based on calculations and experimentations, the problem that the negative ion chromatographic peak influences the determination of HCOO- was solved by adding NaHCO3.
