实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎血脑屏障破坏的磁共振研究 被引量:1

摘要 实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎为研究中枢神经系统自身免疫性脱髓鞘疾病的实验动物模型,血脑屏障(BBB)的破坏在发病中起着至关重要的作用,而MRI能显示BBB的破坏,对于疾病的诊断和治疗观测具有潜在的应用价值。
