摘要
本文将模糊综合评判用于评定工程标书,该评判对象是一个综合性比较强的系统工程,为了增强评判的科学性,将评判要素划分为可靠性、功能、标准化、维护、及经济性等5项,并根据业主的要求和专家经验,确定了各因素的权重.文中还引入了广义模糊运算,采用了两种算子,以资比较.为充分利用所得评判结果模糊子集的信息,设定等级参数.
In this paper, fuzzy multifactorical evaluation is applied in passing judgment on engineering bids. The object to pass judgment on is a comprehensive systematic engineering. The elements in the judgment is divided into the following five items so that the judgment can be more scientific, reliability, function, standardization, service and practicability. According to the proprietor's requirement and some experts' experience, the power of each item is determined. In this paper, generalized fuzzy operation with two operators is introduced. The two operators can be compared. To make full use of the information of the judgment result in the form of fuzzy subset, the parameter of class is supposed in this paper and the comprehensive score of each programme is calculated and the scores are clear at a glance.
