聚氯乙烯塑料中增塑剂的气相色谱/质谱法分析

Analysis of Plasticizer in Polyvinyl Chloride Plastics by Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry

采用超声波提取技术 ,提取聚氯乙烯塑料中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯两种增塑剂 ,以气相色谱 /质谱单离子监视法定量测定 ,外标法定量。本方法简便、快速、准确 。

The diethylhexyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate in polyvinyl chloride plastics was extracted by chloroform for 20 min on an ultrasonic generator. The determination of diethylhexyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate was carried out by gas chromatograph equipped with mass selective detector (GC-MSD) on a DB-17 (30 m x 0.25 nun x 0.25 mum) capillary colunm, and by means of selected monitoring ions(SIM)mode, SIM (m/z) was 149 amu, using external standard method. The detection limit was 10 mg/kg, recoveries of diethylhexyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate added in polyvinyl chloride plastics were in the range of 99.0% similar to 100.2%, the relative standard deviations were in the range of 0.7% similar to 0.9%.
