摘要 将芯片式流通池顺序注射可更新表面反射光谱法用于酶反应检测。HRP催化H2 O2 氧化BPR底物的反应用于对H2 O2 的检测。此反应体系与葡萄糖氧化酶联用 。 A sequential injection (SI) renewable surface (RS) reflectance spectrophotometric system using a microchip flow cell was developed for performing enzymatic determinations. Peroxide oxidative decoloration of the hydrogen donor substrate-bromopyrogallol red was catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase, and trace hydrogen peroxide was determined by sequential injection-renewable surface technique (SI-RST). Glucose in human serum was determined by coupling the system with a glucose oxidase-catalyzed reaction.
