枕骨髁骨折的研究与进展
摘要
本文综述了枕骨髁骨折的历史、流行病学、头颈部骨结构和韧带结构的解剖特点、系统分类、临床表现以及影像学表现,重点介绍了X线平片、CT、MRI在诊断枕骨髁骨折中的重要价值及限度,进一步阐述对遭受头颈部联合损伤的病人应根据临床症状和X线平片征象判断有无枕骨髁骨折,进而行CT及MRI检查,使病人得到准确的诊断和治疗。
