芜湖市医疗照射频度水平调查

Investigation on Medical Radiation Exposure Frequency

本文报道了芜湖市 1996年和 1998年医疗照射频度水平。调查结果表明 :X线诊断、临床核医学、放射治疗的年频度分别为 177.14、0 .5 9、0 .34和 182 .2 2、0 .36、0 .44人次 /千人口。其中透视的年频度逐年减少 ,摄片的年频度逐年增加 (P <0 .0 1)。同时还分析了医疗照射随年龄、性别、季节及地区变化等情况。

Frequency of medical radiation exposure in Wuhu city in 1996 and 1998 was reported in this article. According to the result of the investigation, the frequencies of X-ray diagnosis, clinical nuclear medicine and radiation in 1996 and 1998 were 177.14, 0.59, 0.34 and 182.22, 0.36, 0.44 cases per 1000 persons respectively. Of which the frequency of chest fluoroscopy examination decreased and the frequency of radiography increased in 1998 (P<0.01). The factors affecting the frequency such as age, sex, season, and area were also discussed.
