安徽省结核病归口管理实施现状研究

The Study on Tuberculosis Convergence Case-mangement State in Anhui Province

目的 :掌握全省结核病归口管理实施情况 ,制订结核病防制对策。方法 :设计调查表格 ,通过查资料、听汇报和看现场方法调查全省 17个地市和 2 9个县市的卫生行政部门、结核病防治机构、辖区最大一所综合性医院。结果 :2 0 %以上县市未配备防痨人员 ,结防工作不能开展 ;5 0 %地市县未建立结核病防治专科门诊 ;综合性医院 78.3%未按要求对肺结核病人实行转诊。结论 :进一步加强结核病诊疗管理 ,加大监督执法力度 。

In order to acquaint tuberculosis convergence case-management situation in anhui Province and formulate a control strategy, a questionnaire was designed and health administrative unit, tuberculosis dispensary and the biggest general hospitals in 17 prefectures and 29 counties of the province were investigated by checking data, hearing reports and surveying worksite. The results showed that more than 20 percent counties had not anti-tuberculosis doctors. Tuberculosis control works could not implement in the areas. 50 percent prefectures and counties had not built special tuberculosis clinic. 78.3 percent cases in comprehensive hospital hadn t transferred out to special clinic. Thus, it is urgent to strengthen tuberculosis control, enhance tuberculosis supervision further and implement tuberculosis convergence case-mangement by law.
