阜南县1996～2000年传染病流行病学分析

Epidemiological Characteristics of Infectious Diseases of Funan in 1996-2000

1996 2 0 0 0年间疫情报表资料结果表明 ,5年平均发病率 93 .14/10万。病毒性肝炎、痢疾、肺结核、流行性出血热四种疾病占总发病数的 91.4% ,其中病毒性肝炎占总数的 47.3% ,每年以 7、8、9月份为发病高峰季节 ,农民及 2 0 35岁人群发病率最高。

In order to know characteristics of infectious diseases and work out prevention measures, data of infectious diseases in Funan from 1996 to 2000 was analyzed. The results indicated that the average incidence rate of 5 years is 93.14/100000. Hepatitis, dysentery, tuberculosis and epidemic haemorrhagic fever accounted for 91.4% of total infectious diseases (hepatitis made up 47.3%). The main seasonal distribution was from July to September. There was high incidence among the peasants and the population of 30-35 years. Specific and non-specific prevention measures should be taken for the main infectious diseases and the susceptible population.
