摘要
矢量传播算法是一种新的心脏电兴奋传播算法 ,针对其缺陷 ,通过引入判断新波源的方法 ,提出了改进的矢量传播算法。仿真结果表明 ,该算法克服了原算法中不能准确计算介质中有阻碍情况下兴奋传播过程的局限性 ,同时保留了原算法精确快速的优点 ,有助于更准确地仿真某些病理波形。
The vector-propagation algorithm(VPA) is a new cardiac excitation propagation algorithm in heart modeling. By introducing a method of judging new excitation sources, an improved vector-propagation algorithm(IVPA) was proposed in order to overcome the shortage of the original vector-propagation algorithm. The simulation results showed that the new algorithm overcame the limitation in original VPA, that failed to calculate accurately the excitation propagation when there are conditions of block in myocardium. The new algorithm still keeps the accuracy and efficiency of the original algorithm. It is helpful is simulating simulate some pathological waves more accurately.
