摘要
生理学认为T波倒置这一常见临床症状的成因是心肌复极过程的异常。作者在心电正问题研究的基础上对T波倒置现象进行了仿真 ,仿真结果与临床观测结果很相似 ,支持了生理学中关于T波倒置现象的解释 ,同时证明本文所采用的仿真模型是合理有效的。
A physiological theory holds that the abnormality of process of myocardium repolarization brings upset of T wave, which is a common clinical symptom. Based on study of ECG forward problem, the authors simulated the upset of T wave. The simulation results were very similar to clinical symptoms and thereby the results confirmed the physiological theory and showed that the simulation model is appropriate and effective.
