摘要
目的 :测量人、Wistar大鼠、昆明小鼠成骨细胞粘弹性 ,并对测量结果进行比较。方法 :利用微管吸吮技术 (Micropipetteaspirationtechnique) ,测量人、Wistar大鼠、昆明小鼠成骨细胞在负压作用下的变形 ,把成骨细胞简化成为标准粘弹性固体 ,通过相应的力学计算和计算机图像处理 ,获得成骨细胞的粘弹性。结果 :人成骨细胞的刚度远大于鼠成骨细胞的刚度 ,Wistar大鼠成骨细胞的刚度则大于昆明小鼠成骨细胞的刚度 ,但二者属于同一数量级。
Objective To measure osteoblastic viscoelasticty of Human being, Wistar rats and Kunming mice, and to compare the results measured.Methods Deformation of Human, Wistar rats and Kunming mice osteoblasts were measured by making use of micopipette aspiration technique. The deformation was caused by negative pressure. By means of corresponding mechanics calculation and computer image analysis, bone cells were simplified as to be standard visco elastic solids, and osteoblastic viscoelasticty was obtained with experiments.Results The rigidness of Human osteoblasts was much greater than that of rat's, while that of Wista rat's was greater than that of Kunming mice, but the rigidness Wistar rats and Kunming mice osteoblasts belong to the same dimension of quantity.
