摘要
目的 研究蜂蜜对成年小白鼠体内脂质过氧化作用的影响。方法 将 4 8只健康成年昆明种小白鼠随机分为A(对照组 )、B(过氧化油组 )、C(浅色蜂蜜组 )、D(深色蜂蜜组 )。A组用蒸溜水 0 3ml/d灌胃 ,B组用过氧化油和蒸馏水按 1∶1比例 0 3ml/d灌胃 ,C组用洋槐蜂蜜与过氧化油按 1∶1混合后 0 30ml/d灌胃 ,D组用枣花蜂蜜与过氧化油按1∶1混合后 0 30ml/d灌胃。测定血清SOD活力、MDA含量及肝脏中脂褐质含量。结果 蜂蜜组MDA含量、脂褐质含量低于过氧化油组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,SOD活力高于过氧化油组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,深色蜂蜜组与浅色蜂蜜组SOD活力、MDA含量无差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,脂褐质含量两组差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 蜂蜜可提高小鼠血清SOD活力 ,降低血清MDA及肝脏脂褐质含量 ,具有一定的抗脂质过氧化作用。
Objective To study the influence of honey on lipid peroxidation in mice.Methods The 48 Kunming mice was randomly divided into four groups by weight and gender:A(control group),B(peroxidized oil group),C(white honey group,D(dark honey group).Group A was fed by water 0 3ml/d;group B was fed by the mixture(water:peroxidized oil=1∶1)0 3ml/d;group C was fed by the mixture(acacia white honey:peroxidized oil=1∶1)0 30ml/d;group D was fed by the mixture (jujube flower dark honey:peroxidized oil=1∶1)0 30ml/d.Results The MDA level and lipofuscin level of honey group were lower than peroxidized oil group( P <0 05),while SOD activity were higher than peroixdized oil group ( P <0 05);there was no difference of SOD activity and MDA level between two honey groups;lipofuscin in liver in white honey group was higher than dark honey group( P <0 05).Conclusion Honey can increase the serum SOD activity of mice,and decrease the concentration of serum MDA and lipofuscin in liver.
