哮喘患儿治疗前后痰液嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白和肿瘤坏死因子-α的含量变化 被引量:1

Changes of sputum eosinophil cationic protein and tumor necrosis factor-α from asthma children before and after treatment

摘要 目的探讨哮喘儿童痰液嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白 ( ECP)和肿瘤坏死因子 -α( TNF -α)含量的变化及其关系。方法采用 pharmacia UniCAP检测系统和双抗体夹心 ELISA法对 2 5例哮喘患儿急性发作期及 19例治疗后诱导痰液 ECP和 TNF-α水平进行检测。结果哮喘发作期痰液 ECP( 78.6 8± 5 3.95 )μg/L和 TNF-α( 99.44± 32 .93) ng/L,水平明显高于治疗后 ECP:( 2 2 .5 4± 15 .83)μg/L;TNF -α:( 6 5 .42± 2 7.0 1) ng/L ,差异显著 ( P<0 .0 1)。痰液 TNF-α和 ECP两者之间存在显著正相关 r急性期 =0 .475 5 ;r治疗后 =0 .4943。结论 ECP和 TNF-α参与哮喘的发生发展 。 Objective To investigate the level changes and relationship between eosinophil cationic protein(ECP) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in sputum from asthma children.Methods The induced sputum ECPand TNF-α levels in 25 asthma children in acute stage and 19 cases after treatment were detected using pharmacia CAP system and enzyme linked immunoadsorbent assay(ELISA).Results ECP was (78.68± 53.95) μg/L and TNF-α was (99.44 ±32.93) ng/L in 25 cases which were obviously higher than that in 19 cases(ECP: 22.54±15.83 μg/L; TNF-α: 65.42 ±27.01 ng/L), with a significant difference(P<0.01). The level of TNF-α was significantly correlated with ECP level in sputum of patients with asthma(r acute=0.4755, r after treatment=0.4943,P<0.05).Conclusion ECP and TNF-α may play an important role in mechanisms of asthma, which participate in the development of asthma.
