改良中性红清除法应用于大鼠胃粘膜血流测定

Application of modified neutral red clearance to the measurement of the gastric mucosal blood flow of the rate

目的为了探索一种大鼠胃粘膜血流测定方法。方法就中性红清除法进行改良并应用于门静脉高压大鼠胃粘膜血流测定。结果改良中性红清除法成功地应用于门静脉高压大鼠胃粘膜血流的研究。结果显示改良法免除了测试前抽血对动物的刺激、减少了胃液标本的需用量并由此大大缩短了测试过程,使测试时间可按实验需要而随意安排。结论改良中性红清除法应用于大鼠胃粘膜血流测更简单易行。

Objective To search for a method for the measurement of mucosal blood flow of rats.Methods Neutral red clearance was modified and used to measure the gastric mucosal blood flow(GMBF)of the rats in this experiment.Results Modified neutral red clearance was successfully used in the study of gastric mucosal blood flow of hypertensive rats.The experiment showed that the modification not only avoided drawing blood before measurement and largely shortened the course of measurement by reducing the necessary amount of gastric juice,but also made the time of measure-ment controllable according to the need of experi-ment.Conclusions Modified neutral red clear-ance is more easy and practicable while used in the measurement of mucosal blood flow of rats.
