福尔肝脂消丸治疗脂肪肝71例疗效观察

Observation on Effect of Treating Fatty Liver with FUGANPill for Clearing up fatty:A Report of 71 Cases

目的 :观察福尔肝脂消丸治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法 :福尔肝脂消丸由白术、白芍、三七、青皮、山楂等 9味中药组成 ,制成小水蜜丸 ,每克含生药 0 3g。每次口服 10g ,每日 4次 ,3个月为 1疗程。共服药 1个疗程 ,观察治疗前后患者临床症状 ,血脂 (CHOL、TRLG、LDL) ,肝功能 (ALT、AST、GP) ,肝脏B超变化。结果 :治疗 71例脂肪肝患者 ,总有效率 83 1% .结论 :福尔肝脂消丸具有减轻和缓解临床症状 ,恢复和改善肝功能 。

Objective:The clinical effect of treating fatty liver with FUGAN Pill for clearing up fatty have been observed. Method:The pill is made up Atractglodes macroce phala koidz.Paenia lactiflora pall,Panax pseudo-ginseng wall.var Hoo.citras reticulata Blanco Crataegus caneata s.et Z.and so on nine chinese herbs.It is made into small pills (containing crude drug 0 3g)and given orally in doses of 10g four times a day.one treatment course covers three monthes.The patients clinical sighs such as blood lipid level,Liver function and Liver change of ultrasonic pattern have been observed before and after the treatment.The result shows overall effective rate of the 71 cases of fatty liver patients is 83 1%.It is concluded that FUGAN pill is effective in relieving synptoms,improving liver function as well as reducing blood lipid and regulating the waste of fatty.
