摘要
应用能流分析和能值分析理论与方法 ,对广东省高州市典型龙眼果园永丰果场在开展绿色食品生产示范试点前后的能流能值进行了分析比较 ,并与广东全省种植业系统及发达国家进行比较 .结果表明 ,试点前后高州市永丰果场的能值产出率分别为 1.0 3和 1.0 9,均比广东省平均水平和发达国家 2 0世纪 90年代初的水平低 ,要提高果园的综合效益 ,应进一步增加可更新资源能值投入 ,提高管理水平和栽培技术 。
Yong Feng Orchard, one of the typical longan orchard ecosystem in Gaozhou city ,Guangdong province, was chosen as a base for green food production since 1999.For better understanding the change in energy input /output since then, it was evaluated and compared with the planting systems and agricultural systems in other regions by using energy flow and emergy analysis. The result showed that energy input and emergy input for Yong Feng Orchard were higher than that of planting system in Guangdong and those in developed countries. However, the input/output ratios of the energy and emergy were lower. The situation of energy and emergy input/output for Yong Feng Orchard was much better since the green food product technology were adopt. This suggested a viable way for the emergy improvement should be to develop the green food. The key point for improvement is to reduce the usage of the chemical fertilizer and pesticides, to increase energy input from renewable resource especially increase the usage of organic fertilizer to adopt new science and technology of cultivation and maintain an ecological orchard.
