摘要
以四川不同地区的 5个野生假俭草为材料 ,采用聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳法 ,检测了过氧化物酶和酯酶同工酶。结果表明 :不论从酶的条带数 ,还是从相同酶带的活性来比较 ,5种生态型均存在差异性 ;在过氧化物酶同工酶位点上 ,酶带数为 3~ 7条 ,乐山假俭草、巫溪假俭草和雅安假俭草差别甚小 ,表现出较强的同源性 ,而都江堰假俭草、峨眉假俭草差异较大 ,同源性不强 ;在酯酶同工酶位点上 ,酶带数多为 4~ 5条 ,各材料在酶带的数量、活性上存在较大差异。
Samples of native centipedegrass (Eremochloa ophiuroides) from different areas of Sichuan were analyzed with the technique of polyacrylamide vertical plate gel electrophoresis (PGAE) for testing peroxidase isozymes and esterase isozymes. The results showed that differences existed not only in the number of band, but also in the activity of the same band. Peroxidase isozymes showed 3~7 bands, with no significant difference between the Leshan, Wuqi and Yaan samples, while the difference was notable between the samples from Dujiangyan and Emei. As for esterase isozymes, the number of band were 4~5, with significant difference between all the samples.
