摘要
当前我国网络广告法律监管存在立法上的缺陷。本文以“神龙数码卡”案为例 ,结合网络广告的特征 ,分析在网络广告主体的准入制、网络广告内容的监管等方面存在的缺陷 ,并提出解决问题的思路。
The internet advertising in China needs legal supervision.Through the study of the 'Shenlong Digital Card' case and the characteristics of internet advertising it reflects,this article analyzes the lack of legal supervision in internet advertising access system and advertising contents and tries to look for feasible solutions to them.
