摘要
力量是运动的基础 ,也是短跑运动员提高速度的关键所在 .力量训练如果忽视了力量素质向专项运动的转移、发挥和利用 ,那么 ,这种力量训练不但难以持续有效地提高成绩 ,甚至有可能使之下降 .文章在此思路上 ,对当今力量训练手段存在的一些误区进行剖析 。
The force is the basis of sports,also is the key of dash sprinters'speed.If force training neglect that its quality transfer,develop,and utilize toward special sports,then,the force training may not raise the result sustainedly,but should cause the reduction of achievement.Based on the thinking,this article analyses some faults in training measures of force at present,and puts forward the problems that are attracted attention to select and project the training measures of force.
