孙中山与陈独秀对新文化运动有不同的态度，这是源于他们对中国传统文化的认识不同。陈独秀要彻底否定儒家思想、传统伦理道德和中国文学艺术，甚至主张废汉字；孙中山则主张继承、改造传统文化，总体上对儒家思想、传统伦理道德和中国文化艺术持肯定的态度，并且十分尊孔，反对废汉字。

Sun Yatsen and Chen Duxiu had different attitudes to the New Cultural Movement.That is because they realized China traditional culture differently.Chen Duxiu negated Confucianism,traditional ethics and morals,Chinese literature and art.He even advocated to abandon characters.However,Sun Yatsen advocated to carry on,and develop traditional culture.In general,Sun Yatsen had a positive attitude to Confucianism,traditional ethics and morals and Chinese literature and art.He also respected Kong Zi and was against abandoning characters.
