Implementing the pilot project on reforming and opening up education using the talents nurturing model is a big step forward for the University to meet the challenges of the new millennium and to search for new developments.The University's Party Committee has taken a firm grip of this opportunity to lead its staff in unifying their beliefs,adapting to changes in concepts,clarifying thoughts,focusing on major issues,carrying out reforms in depth,and building appropriate mechanisms.It has provided the driving force and the assurance for the pilot.
