中国实施素质教育 ,取得了显著的成绩。但是不容忽视个别声乐教法陈旧 ,知识老化 ,已不适应当前素质教育发展的需要。因此 ,改革以往高师声乐生理式教育思想 ,开创探索歌唱生理与心理调控 ,全面推进高师声乐教育改革 ,构筑科学的歌唱生理与心理调控操作模式 。

Vocality art collects multiple scientific wisdom and create undying spirit fortune to human being.The stuff education has been putting in practice in China.But we have seen that some method and knowledge of teaching vocality are old,and are not match the need of the development of the stuff education in present.Therefore,it is a very important subject to study the reformation of old method and knowledge of teaching vocality,and to build a new mode of physiological and psychologic regulating of singing and the teaching of vocality.
