摘要
环己烷液相催化氧化制备环己醇、环己酮是目前国内外生产锦纶单体的主要工艺 .在国内工业生产上一般采用环烷酸钴作催化剂、在 433K、1 0kg·cm- 2 的条件下进行反应 .但是这种过程效率低 ,且副反应较多 .因此 ,根据文献资料 ,选用二苯甲酰甲烷钴、二苯甲酰甲烷氧钒分别作催化剂 ,在相似的操作条件下 ,在以下四个方面与环烷酸钴作催化剂进行比较 :反应中间产物及最终产物在不同时刻量的多少 ;中间产物达到最大量时所需的时间 ;反应速率的快慢 ;反应转化率的大小 .
Cyclohexane changes into cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone by liquid-phrase oxygenation,which is at present the main technique in manufacturing polyamid fibre monomer at home and abroad.In our country's industrial manufacture,cobalt raphthenate is generally used as catalyzer,which acts under the condition of 433K,10kg/cm 2.But this technique is inefficient.Having adopted the resarch material in some papers,we seperately use Co(dbm) 3 and VO(dbm) 2 as catalyzers.In the resemble condition,they are compared with catalyzers of cobalt naphthenate in four ways:the amount of the intermediate outcome and the final outcome at different times;the time that intermediate reactive outcome needs when it is to the maximum;the reactive speed;the reactive rate.
