摘要
通过对贵州省贫困地区中小学校长基本信息、个人素质、教育思想的调查与分析 ,发现大部分校长的情况良好 ,部分校长存在一些不容忽视的问题 ,即基本条件不达标、敬业精神不够、学校管理流于一般、知识功底较薄弱、缺乏现代教育质量观。为此 ,本研究提出了相应的建议。
By investigating and analyzing the headmasters' basic information, personal quality and teaching thought, the author has found out that most of them are in good condition, but some are not. There are some problems which can not be ignored, such as basic condition below standard, inadequate devotion to teaching, ineffective school management, poor basic knowledge and lack of understanding of modern educational quality. Considering these, the author puts forward some correspondent suggestions.
