摘要 根据因特网信息资源的特点以及教师和学生的不同需求 ,提出了高校图书馆开发网络资源 ,有效的为教师的教学。 In the paper,the author discusses the characteristics of internet information resources.According to the different requirements of the teachers and students.the author proposes some measures and advices in order to serve for teaching and reseach and how to make the students utilize safely the internet.
