计算机网络犯罪的存在与泛滥 ,困扰着人们社会生活 ,严重损害人们社会生活的正常秩序。计算机网络犯罪主要有以下几种情形 :盗窃 ;非法进入并破坏他人计算机系统 ;制作、传播计算机病毒等。计算机网络犯罪的特征 :犯罪分子年龄偏小现象严重 ;犯罪手段的隐蔽性和高智能性 ;社会危害的广泛性和严重性。计算机网络犯罪的对策 :加强科技性防范 ;加强执法队伍和执法机构的执法力度 ;

Increasing computer offenses are doing harm to the modern social life and order.Generally it can be summed up as the following types:theft,illegal entry and damage to other computer systems,producing and spreading computer viruses,etc.It is characterized by younger offenders,concealment and high intelligence of means,widespread seriousness of harm to the society,and so on.This paper suggests the following solutions:(a)Reinforce the scientific and technical defense.(b)Strengthen the law enforcement agencies and the executive staff.(c)Improve the legislation.
