白居易是一位与疾病相伴一生的诗人 ,其病状、病期对他的整体文学有着重大影响 ,其中最引人注目的是“眼疾”。白居易的视力障碍与他生来所具有的内省自照性格 ,加速形成一种契机 ,其结果使抒情与说明交织在一起 ,创作了多种表现眼疾的诗歌。把眼疾作为描写的素材 ,在从先秦到唐末的中国古典诗歌史中 ,白居易可谓是独领风骚 ,他从题材到素材吟咏了许多的眼疾表现 。

Bai Juyi was a great poet who suffered form diseases all his life.His diseases,especially eye disease,made a great impact on his literary works.Bai Juyi's poor eyesight and his habit of self examination perfectly combined together,and created different styles of poems about eye disease.From the early period of Qin Dynasty to the late Tang Dynasty,it was only Bai Juyi who took eye clisease as a theme of poems,which made him outstanding in the literary history.This paper analyzes the style of Bai Juyi's poem about eye disease.
