Set Up an Advanced Educational Culture with Chinese Characteristics

先进教育文化具有 4个方面特征 :(1)坚持社会主义性质 ,为社会主义现代化建设服务 ;(2 )贯彻“三个面向”的方针 ;(3)坚持民族的科学的大众的教育 ;(4 )最根本的是培养一代又一代的“四有”新人。创建先进教育文化 ,必须坚持社会主义教育的公益性 。

Advanced educational culture is characterized by four aspects: (1) retaining the nature of socialism and serving the socialist construction; (2) carrying out the policy that education must serve the needs of modernization, the world and the future; (3) remaining an education which is national, scientific and of the broad masses; and above all, (4) aiming at cultivating generation and generation of new people with lofty ideals, sound morals, good education and a strong sense of discipline. To set up an advanced educational culture, we must adhere to the feature of public welfare of the education and make active effort to bring about innovation in education.
