孟子与柏拉图的政治观都属于伦理政治观 ,却有着不同的具体价值取向和特质。孟子的理想政治形式为伦理国家 ,柏拉图的理想政治形式为道德城邦。前者的主题是政治生活的人伦关系建构 ,后者的主题是城邦道德价值的实现。造成这种差异的原因是对政治与道德关系的不同把握。

Despite both were with the same ethical tendency,Mencius and plato's political views differed from the concrete value assessment pattern directed the ethical country with the theme to set up the srtueture of the ethical relationship in the political life;the latter's defined moral state with the theme to realize the state moral value,each of which dad deeply influenced the development of political life of their own nations.The reason for these difference was that existed the individual understanding of the political and moral relationship.
