德英两国的“股份制社会主义”——关于当代社会主义的思考之一

Socialism of Stock System"in Germany and Britain

20世纪后半叶 ,欧美学者对“股份制社会主义”的研究成果 ,作为自己搞社会主义时在理论和实践上的供鉴。其中 ,德国社会民主党以股份制的社会化特征为导向 ,按照“股份制社会主义”的要求定义公有制 ,在理论上和实践上均有重大突破 ,成为中国搞“股份制社会主义”时的参考对象。英国工党一方面批评苏联式国有化思路 ,另一方面则从权力哲学的层面进一步为股份制正名 ,随后还把“股份制社会主义”操作化 ,值得重视。

In the 20th century latter,European democratic socialists imbine Euramerican scholars study of socialism of stock system,as reference in their theory and practice when conducting socialism.Among them,German socialism democrat Party,following the requirement of socialism of stock system,defines public-owned regime,in the Criterion of the feature of stock system socialization,which is great breakthrough in both theory and practice and also a referenced object for chinese doing it.Britain Labor Party criticizes soviet model of nationalization on one hand,on the bedding surface of authoritianism philosophy further corrects the name for stock system on the other hand,then makes socialism of stock system operable,which deserves to be cared about.
