《怀念狼》这部小说继续展示了贾平凹的新追求 ,浑厚、从容的叙说背后是深切的忧虑。贾平凹或直接铺陈 ,或凭藉隐喻、象征 ,刻意展示人类的危机 ,同时又通过以“西游”模式叙述的一路灭狼的故事暗示人类的危机无法拯救。此外 ,作家在小说中尝试的整体象征方式和贾平凹式的“装神弄鬼”亦深可玩味。

Jia Pingao's new fiction Thinking of Wolves fabricated a story about the extinction of the wolves and the degeneration of the human beings in shangzhou.He revealed the human crisis by direct narration,metaphor and symblization.Using the pattem of Xi You Ji,he suugested that there was on way to remove this crisis and save the human beings.His integrative symbol and mysterious expression are also full of meaning.
