中国云南与越南经济走廊建设构想

A Proposal of Building the Yunnan-Hanoi Economic Corridor

随着滇越经济合作的发展 ,以及经济全球化和次区域合作的加强 ,要求把滇越双方经贸合作提高到一个新水平 ,其中一个重要的方面就是建立云南与越南的经济走廊 ,即昆明———河内经济走廊。本文通过对建设现状及沿线经济发展的分析 ,提出联合的重点优先领域及合作构想、机制。昆河经济走廊将建立以交通干线为辐射带的优势产业体系、城市体系、口岸体系和边境经济合作区。通过资源和各种生产力要素的跨国流动 ,以期达到最佳配置 ,获得较高利益 ,形成各显所长、优势互补、利益共享。

With more economic cooperation between Yunnan and Vietnam, and the quickened steps of globalization and sub-regional cooperation, there appears a new need for promoting the business cooperation between Yunnan and Vietnam. One Important state development project is to build the Kunming-Hanoi Economic Corridor. Through an analysis of the construction status and the economic development along this corridor, the author proposes the plan, the system and the fields which should receive priority for this joint venture. This includes the building of a promising industrial system, a city system, a trade-port system and a border economic development zone along the main line of communication. Through a good transnational circulation of the resources and essential elements of productive forces, it is expected that both sides will enjoy a shared prosperity and development.
