摘要
本文拟在对民族院校毕业生就业的概况和存在问题 ,及其成因进行阐述分析的基础上 。
This article analyses the general employment situation and problems concerning the graduates from colleges of the nationalities, and traces their causes. It also brings up new ideas on offering more job opportunities for such graduates.
