摘要
知行统一是德育工作的根本要求 ,实现从知到行的转化是个体思想品德形成的内在机制。只有充分重视受教育者主体性的发挥 ,道德实践的锻炼和道德情感、意志的培养以及教育者的言传身教、为人师表 ,才能实现知与行的真正统一 。
The unity between knowing and doing is the fundamental requirement of moral education and the transition from knowing to doing is the internal device of the formation of individual moral character. Only if importance is attached to bringing into play the subjectivity of the educatee, to his moral practice, to his moral sensitivity and the cultivation of his will, and only if importance is attached to the educator's personal example as well as verbal instruction, and his paragon of virtue and learning, can the unity between knowing and doing be really achieved and the effectiveness of moral education be enhanced.
