合理标注零件尺寸方法的分析

合理标注零件尺寸 ,是每个设计师不可回避的问题。本文从零件功能分析入手 ,提出零件的重要尺寸要首先直接标注 ;零件的重要表面要做主要尺寸基准 ;标注零件尺寸要兼顾其工艺要求和零件尺寸的标注步骤等 ,在上述几个方面进行了比较系统的阐述 ,对设计人员和图学教育工作者将有所补益。

In this paper,the authors, through an analysis of the functions of machine parts, propose that the key sizes of machine parts should be directly indicated first and foremost and the important surface should be marked with the reference of major dimensions; at the same time,the technological process and the procedure of indicationg dimensions should also be considered. All of these are of great significance and is useful for the designers as well as the teachers concerned.
