树立“学生是责权主体”的学生观

A New Viewpoint of the Students

学生观直接影响教育活动的目的、方式和教育效果。在新的形势下 ,需要确立学生的责权主体的观念 ,建立民主、道德、合法的教育关系。学生是处于发展中的人 ,应根据学生身心发展的规律 ,依照阶段性、个别差异性、可变性把握教育对象 ,做到因材施教、长善救失。承认学生是教育的主体 ,发挥教师的主导作用 ,通过启发学生的主体能动 ,达到积极的创造学习教育目的。

The viewpoint of students would affect the purpose, methods and result of education. Under the new situation, the idea of the subject of responsibility and right of the students as well as the democratic, moral and legal educational relation need to be established. Students are at the stage of development so that the teaching activity should be carried out in accordance with the students' level. The idea that students are the subject of education and teachers leading position in class should be accepted. The students should play a dynamic role in education to realize the aim of innovational study.
